Solvra is an independent wellness publication dedicated to evidence-informed writing for adults who take their mobility and active lifestyle seriously. We cover supplement science, movement health, and daily wellness routines — with honesty as our primary editorial value.
Our editorial focus is connective tissue wellness, botanical supplementation, and the lifestyle practices that support free, comfortable movement as people age. We believe that the gap between what clinical research shows and what most supplement marketing communicates is enormous — and that filling that gap with honest, readable writing is genuinely useful.
We write for adults who are already active and want to stay that way. Not people who want dramatic interventions or miracle solutions, but people who understand that physical wellness is built through consistent, sensible habits and want to know which supplements actually earn their place in a daily routine.
When we review a supplement, we read the clinical literature behind each ingredient. We look at whether the product uses standardized, bioavailable forms. We check the dosing against the research. We use the product ourselves for a minimum of six to eight weeks. And we say what we actually found — including when something did not meet our expectations.
We do not publish paid reviews or accept products in exchange for favorable coverage. We may earn affiliate commissions from products we recommend, but those relationships are always disclosed and they do not influence our assessments.
Rachel Voss is Solvra's founding editor and lead reviewer. Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, she has spent over a decade writing about integrative wellness, botanical medicine, and movement science for active adults. She reviews every supplement covered on this site personally.
